    Lunch and Learn - Image analysis pipelines with KNIME and Ilastik

    Andrew Seeber, John Harvard Distinguished Science Fellow, will demonstrate building image analysis pipelines with KNIME, using interactive image segmentation with Ilastik as an example. KNIME integrates all steps of image analysis into a manageable, nodebased workflow and is compatible with ImageJ, MATLAB, etc.

    Lunch and Learn - Computational imaging: algorithm driven microscopy

    Dushan Wadduwage, John Harvard Distinguished Science Fellow, will discuss how to design and build microscopes and image reconstruction algorithms that acquire compressed versions of images, making them much faster than conventional microscopes. He will cover classical compression sensing framework used to design these systems as well as cutting edge machine learning based approaches.
