The HCBI Tissue Clearing Workshop is a 3 day intensive course covering all aspects of Tissue Clearing. Each day will consist of morning lectures, followed by hands on wet-lab or microscopy experimentation in the afternoon. In addition, evening social events will allow time for networking with your colleagues.
Join us for an informational session about 10x Genomics spatialomics platform. This is a joint lunch and learn with our friends from the Bauer core where we will discuss how to run the full 10x pipeline using the resources at the HCBI and Bauer.
