 **Welcome to Imaris!**

Imaris is an interactive image analysis software that allows you to analyze 2D, 3D and 4D microscopy data. The Harvard Center for Biological Imaging offers a full Imaris Software Suite allowing you to analyze your data easily and efficiently. In this workshop, we will introduce you to the basics of Imaris and cover the various analysis endpoints we can help you reach. From there we will go into a live demo and show you a number of workflows you can use to analyze your own data. We will cover how to create surfaces, focusing on our new AI/ML surface rendering options. We will also review how to trace filamentous structures and track cells. By the end of this workshop, you will have a basic understanding of how to use Imaris to analyze your data and who to contact if you need analysis support.
