The HCBI now has the ability to make Fluorescence Lifetime Measurements. The LSM 880 #2 is now equipped with pulsed 405 and 440nm lasers and a two channel FLIM detector. We have both CFP/YFP and GFP/RFP filter sets for the detector. Contact Doug or Sebastian if you would like to use it!
