DESCRIPTION:<p>Offered by Harvard Catalyst's <a href="http://catalyst.harvard.edu/programs/reactor/">Reactor Program</a>, this pilot funding opportunity will provide up to $50,000 in funding and access to the <a href="internal:/" target="_blank">Harvard Center for Biological Imaging</a> (HCBI), which features advanced Zeiss microscopes, or the <a href="http://cns.fas.harvard.edu/" target="_blank">Center for Nanoscale Systems</a> (CNS), that offers electron microscopy, nanoscale fabrication, and nanoscale analysis capabilities, or access to both.</p><p>To apply, <em>you are required</em> to attend one of two educational events run by the Harvard Catalyst Reactor Program, or meet independently with the facility staff experts of HCBI and/or CNS to learn more about the technologies available and their capabilities.</p><ul><li>Educational events will be held on Monday, April 4, 2016, and Monday, April 11, at the Biological Labs Building, 16 Divinity Avenue, Cambridge. Each educational session will run from 2:30pm to 4:00pm. Optional Q&amp;A sessions and lab tours will run from 4:00pm to 5:30pm. <a href="https://hms.az1.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_4Tv2rdpb7VNC9lH" target="_blank">Registration</a> is required. Further information about the event will be available after registration.</li><li>If you are unable to attend either of these educational events, you are required to <a href="https://hms.az1.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_4Tv2rdpb7VNC9lH" target="_blank">meet with a representative</a> of HCBI and/or CNS personnel to learn about the equipment and technologies available.</li></ul>
