###  Coverslips:

   
All HCBI coverslip corrected objectives are corrected for **\#1.5 Coverslips**. Please ensure you are ONLY using #1.5 slips.

###  Mounting Media:

 The HCBI recomends Prolong Glass (refractive index = 1.51) for any imaging performed with oil immersion objectives. For glycerol objectives, or any experiment that requires a non-curing mountant, a number of glycerol-based media are availible. The higher the refractive index, the better.

 For tissue clearing experiments you MUST use the final clearing solution as your mountant!
