We are slowly transitioning from physical workstations in RM2058 to remote workstations. This allows users to do image processing and analysis with extremely powerful workstations from the comfort of their lab or home.
How to connect here
There are 10 remote workstations, with a variety of software for image analysis. These workstations boast a direct link to our 2 PB storage server and have 384GB RAM with an NVIDIA Quadro RTX 8000 GPU allowing for GPU-accelerated processing. If you have any open-source software you would like installed email hcbi_imaging@fas.harvard.edu to determine if we can install it for you.
